For all participants except accompany persons, please use one form per person for registration. Please complete the "Registration Online".
All registration forms received by the Symposium Secretariat will be acknowledged within a week. If you do not receive such acknowledgement, please send a follow-up email to verify.
Pre-registration deadline will be based on date by which your email is received at the Secretariat Office.
Your regular/student registration fee includes registration bag, conference program, attendance to all scientific sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, welcome dinner, student night, Asia Pacific coral reef night, symposium banquet, and conference proceedings or publications. The accompany person registration fee includes lunches, coffee breaks, welcome dinner and symposium banquet.
For student registration, proof of student status must be provided by a copy of current student ID, or certification by your current supervisor as indicated below, to be submitted to Secretariat by e-mail.
All cancellation must be made in writing by email. A cancellation service charge of US$ 50 will apply to all cancellations. If cancellation is made before 1 May, 2010, the total amount paid will be refunded (less the cancellation fee). Refund will only be made after the Symposium and no refund will be possible for cancellation made after 1 May, 2010.
